Shipping policy
We will be in touch to discuss local deliveries. All other orders are dispatched using Royal Mail by the next working day following your order.
Any damages caused during delivery must be reported to us with 24 hours of delivery and to assist us with Royal Mail, please provide photographic evidence of both the product(s) and packaging.
Please note that we can only accept returns of complete and unopened products and any such returns will be accepted at the discretion of Guinot Bramhall.
